These terms govern your use of the Stonecrest Digital website (stonecrestdigital.com), its chatbot, and any text messaging (SMS) service operated by Stonecrest Digital or one of our clients. By using this site, chatting with the assistant, or texting a Stonecrest-operated or client-operated number, you agree to these terms.

What we do

Stonecrest Digital builds and maintains websites for small businesses. Some clients also use our missed-call textback service (part of the Never-Miss-a-Lead bundle), which answers text messages after a missed call using information the business owner approved (services, prices, availability) and can offer to book an estimate on the owner's calendar.

The AI assistant and SMS receptionist

• Replies come from an automated assistant, not a person, unless a message says otherwise.
• Pricing and availability quoted by the assistant reflect information the business owner provided and approved in advance. The assistant will not invent a price, promise a specific date, or agree to work outside the business's listed services — if you ask for something outside that scope, it will tell you a person will follow up.
• Nothing the assistant says is a binding quote or contract. Final pricing and scheduling are confirmed by the business.
• Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for the full SMS terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site, the chatbot, or our SMS service to submit false information, attempt to interfere with how the site or assistant operates, or send abusive or unlawful messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site, the chatbot, or our SMS service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

No guarantees

Information provided by the website, chatbot, or SMS assistant is provided as-is and may not always be complete or current. We aren't liable for decisions made based solely on an automated reply — for anything important (final price, exact appointment time, contract terms), confirm directly with the business owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonecrest Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, the chatbot, or our SMS service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or these services is limited to the total fees paid to Stonecrest Digital in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply to client engagements, which are governed by a separately signed service agreement.
